How do I place an order?
Orders can be only placed on the website using a credit or debit card or Paypal. We do not accept orders over the phone.
How long will delivery take?
Our standard delivery service takes 2-4 working days from dispatch to delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed after 2pm GMT or outside our office hours will be dispatched the following working day.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
Orders over £10 in value automatically qualify for free delivery within the UK. Our easy to use checkout process will apply this discount for you.
How do I get in touch?

How do I return an item?
We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If you wish to return an item, please use the return form which you can download from our website. Bikes need to be shipped back using the box that they came in. All returned items must be in a clean and saleable condition.
How to do I take advantage of the 30 Day test ride?
Place your order normally and make payment with a credit or debit card. The 30 day Ride it / Love it period begins from the day your bike is delivered. If you decide to return your bike anytime within the following 30 days, simply get in touch by email (email@example.com) or phone (0800 731 0006) and we will arrange to collect your bike.
Once we have received the bike back and inspected the condition, we will process a full refund. We are unable to offer the Ride it / Love it test service to bikes bought under the cycle to work scheme or bikes that have been discounted by more than 10% from the original list price.
How long do I have to decide if I want to keep my purchase?
You may return unwanted items up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be clean, unused and in a saleable condition. We will not accept returns of items that are not in original packaging unless faulty.
How can I pay?
Purchases can be made using PayPal or a credit or debit card through the website. Alternatively, you can purchase bikes through the Cycle to Work scheme.
How do I select the right size bike?
Radial bikes come in a range of different sizes to suit all riders. If you don’t know the right size for you, simply check our handy size guide to find the perfect fit. How will my bike be delivered?
Radial Cycles use Parcel Force for bike deliveries within the UK. Your bike will be fully assembled, with only the pedals and handlebars to affix and tighten up at home. The bike will be securely packaged in a sturdy, cardboard box complete user manual.
How do I register for warranty?
Our standard 2-year warranty on bikes, parts, accessories and clothing manufactured by Radial will be registered automatically when you make your purchase and will commence from the date of delivery. Products from other brands will be subject to the manufacturer’s standard warranty; however, Radial will happily replace these defective products on your behalf.
What information do you store about me?
We only store information that is necessary to process your order and ensure that you receive the best possible service. We never disclose any personal details to any 3rd party companies without your consent. All data is fully encrypted and stored securely. Radial Cycles are fully PCI compliant.
Can I collect my bike?
Currently, our website does not offer this service. However, if you would prefer to collect you bike from our UK Headquarters, please call us directly on 0800 731 0006 before you place your order where we can discuss options that will be most convenient for you.
I love my new Radial product! How do I post a review?
Firstly, great news! We welcome all feedback from our customers. To post a review on our site, simply select the product you wish to review and click ‘add your review’ at the top of the product page. You can rate our products from one to five stars on price, value and quality, as well as leaving a free-type review. Radial Cycles read all reviews submitted to the website and we will edit or reject reviews that contain inappropriate language or otherwise unsuitable content.
How do I know it is safe to order on the Radial site?
Radial Cycles are a UK-based company and as such we are fully PCI compliant and we strictly adhere to all appropriate laws and regulations. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Hy-Pro International Ltd, a UK company specialising in sports, cycling and outdoor equipment.
Do you price match?
We do not offer price matching currently.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details and order number. We will send you a second email when your order has been dispatched – this email will contain a hyperlink to the tracking page for your specific order. Alternatively, you can login to your account on our website and view your order history – live orders will display your tracking number which can be used to track your order.
Can I test ride a bike before purchase?
Yes. Radial Cycles have an exclusive partnership with the Redbridge Cycle Test Track in Essex where you can try out Radial bikes on road or off-road surfaces. The staff at Redbridge will be more than happy to discuss Radial products with you and will even fit you for a new bike!
Do you ship bikes and frames internationally and how much will this cost?
We are currently only able to ship bikes and frames to UK addresses, however, please do contact us directly email@example.com so we can discuss your needs and investigate a possible solution which is unique to you.
